General Returns Policy
- Return and exchange requests for the defective or flawed products are acceptable on emails and a phone call. To make a return or exchange request, mail our Order Fulfillment Team at email@example.com or call us on +1 (305) 995-0374.
- Items sold can be returned back to us within a period of 30 days from delivery to avail full refund after deducting the shipping fees.
- Refunds to the original source are eligible for the purchases made through credit card or PayPal account. The refund will be a credit on your MedicineFather account when a purchase is made through cash or cheque.
- Customers shall be responsible for the shipping costs incurred on return.
- Items to be returned should be in their original packing.
- Opened items, used items, and the items which can not be resold are subject to reduced refund i.e. the refund at the depreciated value.
Holiday Returns Policy
We very much understand and cherish the holidays and festive mood of our customers and the excitement within them out of which they order the products early.
So, for the festive & holiday season, our product return period is more than the standard period of 30 days.
Consumers can return the items shipped between November 1 and December 31 till January 31. However, the other above-mentioned guidelines will remain the same.
Rules and exceptions of our return policy
We do not accept returns of products ordered on any site other than medicinefather.com
Partial Refunds is available on the products listed below:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Items having apparent signs of damage or use.
- Exchange/Replacement request can be made for a faulty item by sending a mail to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on +1 (305) 995-0374
- You can also place a new order for a different product in lieu of a new, unopened product ordered initially by sending an email to our team at email@example.com or by calling us on +1 (305) 995-0374
- We offer a replacement or refund both (whichever you opt), if you have opened or ripped the package but you are unhappy with the product.
Note: Original purchase price will be refunded to you once we receive back our product.
Refund processing takes 3-5 business days after the returned item reaches back to us.
Our expectations from our customers
- For product replacement, please inform us within the first week or 7 days of your purchase or receipt of the products.
- Products returned must not be used, opened or tested.
- Products must be returned in exactly the same form as received by you or dispatched by us.
- The refund will be given via your original payment method.
- Please report us immediately on receiving the product, if the item has been hampered during the transit.
- Please do not open the packaging of the item which has not been ordered by you.
